**While we make every effort to ship orders as quickly as possible, holiday volume may slow down some orders. Please note that UPS Ground shipments may take up to five business to arrive and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.  Any orders shipped via UPS Ground after Friday, December 16th, may not be delivered before Friday, December 23rd.  Please feel free to contact us with specific inquiries.**

US SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders within the Continental US will be shipped with a flat rate of $6.50 per order via UPS Ground. Applicable charges for UPS 3 Day Select and 2nd Day Air are listed below.

Certain items will qualify for additional shipping charges due to size or weight as outlined below. Charges will be presented upon Check Out.

In some unique instances, the cumulative weight and/or size of large orders may require additional shipping charges.  The customer will be contacted with a shipping quote in these situations.

Canoes and Kayaks are shipped via a freight carrier.  Costs vary widely depending on location and circumstance.  Please call us for a shipping quote on these items.

All in stock items usually ship within one to two business days.  An e-mail containing the ship date and tracking number will be sent to the customer upon shipment.

Transit times vary. For UPS Ground, expect 3 to 7 business days.  UPS 3 Day Select and 2nd Day Air are delivered on the third and second business days after shipment, respectively. 

UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to US Post Office regulations.  Customers with APO/FPO addresses can use the international check out option.

If an item is back ordered, the customer will be contacted as soon as possible and given the option to wait for the product or to cancel the order. If more than one product is included with the initial order, Ramsey Outdoor Inc. will pay to ship the back ordered item.

International Shipping Information

Ramsey Outdoor has partnered with a trusted third party company, iShopUSA to fulfill orders for our international customers.  Simply put any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the "international checkout" option.  The items will automatically be transferred into an iShopUSA cart.  You may pay with international credit cards, PayPal, and bank wire transfers.  iShopUSA will process your payment and guarantee delivery.  Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to iShopUSA Customer Service Department.

RETURN POLICY

Sending via a traceable method is always recommended.

Ramsey Outdoor will accept returns for refunds of new and unused products with original packaging and tags intact within six months of the original purchase.  After six months, a store credit will be issued.  Please include a copy of your receipt and/or packing slip with the item (keep a copy for your records).  If returning, please note on the packing slip that you would like a refund.  If exchanging, please contact us to ensure that the item you would like is available.

If returning footwear or other boxed items, please do not use the shoe box or product package as a shipping container.  Shoe boxes and product packages that have been taped or have had a shipping label attached to them will not be accepted.

If an item is believed to be defective, please check with the individual manufacturer’s warranty policy.  In most cases, Ramsey Outdoor will replace the product in question.  Please contact us for specific inquiries.  Normal wear and tear or misuse is not covered under most warranties.

 

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the return is due to an error caused by Ramsey Outdoor (incorrect item, damaged item, etc. . .) or a shipping carrier.

Due to safety concerns, under no circumstances will Ramsey Outdoor accept the return of Climbing Hardware, Ropes, or Harnesses.  All sales of Climbing Equipment are final.

 

Once GPS units are initialized, they cannot be returned.  Opened Software cannot be returned.

Food items cannot be returned.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift Certificates are available in any whole dollar amount from $10 to $250.  These are valid at Ramsey Outdoor Online only*.  Gift Certificates never depreciate in value.  Coupons may not be used towards the purchase of a Gift Certificate.  Gift Certificates will be sent to directly to the recipient via e-mail.

Ramsey Outdoor Inc. will not sell or give any personal information to outside parties. All information is used for purposes of fulfilling and tracking orders as well as compiling purchasing habits for collective data. Cookies are not retained; they are used only for the duration of your session.

All customers are placed on an electronic mailing list, with which special offers and announcements are distributed. You may choose to unsubscribe from this list at any time by following the appropriate link on each offer or by emailing, calling, or faxing Ramsey Outdoor with the appropriate information.  This information is not shared with or sold to any other entity and is used exclusively by Ramsey Outdoor.

RESTRICTED PURCHASES

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a knife or similar product. Providing false information about your age and/or identity is a violation of law.

Due to Iowa Department of Public Health Regulations and Iowa Code Chapter 714 Section 16, personal water treatment devices and chemicals may not be sold in the State of Iowa. Ramsey Outdoor Inc. will not ship any such products to this state.

SUPER SALES

Super Sale items are generally floor models and/or the last remaining item of a particular style from the previous season.  All items are in very good (usually new), usable condition unless otherwise stated.  All manufacturer warranties are still valid.  If a customer is displeased with a Super Sale item, it may be returned and a refund (less shipping) will be issued.

Quantities are extremely limited.  Ramsey Outdoor cannot guarantee that an item is in stock.  If an item is out of stock, the customer will be contacted within two business.
